To address these, the company proposed behavioral measures for 24 months post-transaction approval. The Competition Council highlighted risks of reduced competition due to Premier's control over DEO. Proposed commitments include ensuring non-discriminatory treatment of energy suppliers and maintaining a technical role for DEO in supplier changes. Premier Energy also plans to dissolve Evryo Power by April 2027. The acquisition, valued at around 700 million euros, aims to strengthen Premier's position in the energy market.
