She emphasized the need for a robust EU budget and simplified rules for Romanian SMEs to access European competitiveness tools. Țoiu highlighted the importance of Black Sea security for global food security, given Romania's role as a major grain producer. She called for enhanced EU defense measures and rapid operationalization of the maritime security hub with Bulgaria to counter hybrid threats. Additionally, she stressed the need for improved physical connections and continued investments in infrastructure to support EU integration in the region.
