CCR respinge sesizarea lui Bolojan în cazul restanțelor salariale ale magistraților

The Romanian Constitutional Court ruled that there is no constitutional conflict between the Government and the High Court regarding unpaid salaries for judges. The interim Prime Minister's request was dismissed as unfounded. The dispute arose after the High Court sued the Government for unpaid salary rights, amounting to approximately 4.8 billion lei. The Court of Appeal ordered the Government to comply within ten days, imposing significant penalties for delays.
