CCR: Nu a existat conflict juridic între Guvern şi ICCJ în legătură cu restanţele salariale ale magistraţilor (surse) - Economica.net

The Romanian Constitutional Court ruled that there was no constitutional conflict between the Government and the High Court regarding judges' salary arrears. The court dismissed a claim from interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who argued that the judiciary overstepped its authority in budgetary matters. The High Court had previously won a case against the Government, requiring it to pay 4.8 billion lei in salary arrears. The Court of Appeal mandated the Government to execute this decision within ten days, imposing penalties for delays.
