CCR a publicat motivarea deciziior privind numirile la SRTV și SRR. Parlamentul trebuie să refacă procedura
The Constitutional Court of Romania declared the Parliament's decisions on the appointment of members to the boards of SRTV and SRR unconstitutional. The Court found that the selection process violated constitutional provisions regarding the rule of law and legal compliance. As a result, the appointments are nullified, and Parliament must make new nominations. The Court emphasized that the distribution of seats in the boards did not reflect the proportional representation of parliamentary groups. AUR has called for the urgent publication of the Court's decisions, noting delays in implementing the ruling, which allows unconstitutional appointees to remain in office.
