CCR a publicat motivarea deciziei privind conducerile TVR și Radio-ului public. Care este procedura de urmat
The Constitutional Court of Romania declared the appointments of the boards of public broadcasters SRTV and SRR unconstitutional, citing violations of constitutional provisions regarding the political representation in Parliament. The Court emphasized that the distribution of seats did not reflect the proportional representation of parliamentary groups, leading to an unequal allocation of positions. Consequently, the Parliament is required to make new appointments to these boards, while previous acts remain valid until the new decisions are published. The ruling was prompted by a challenge from the AUR party, which argued that the political configuration was not respected in the appointments.
