CCR a admis sesizarea lui Nicușor Dan. Legea care transforma o comună din județul Bihor în zonă cu resurse turistice, declarată neconstituțională
The Romanian Constitutional Court unanimously ruled that a law modifying regulations for tourist resource areas is unconstitutional. The court found that Parliament overstepped its authority by directly including Cociuba Mare in the annexes without following the established procedure. This procedure requires a technical file, evaluation by an inter-institutional committee, and a minimum score before a locality can be designated as a tourist resource area. The court emphasized that the separation of powers was violated, as the legislative body assumed executive powers. The full reasoning for the decision will be published in the Official Gazette.
