CBRE: Livrările de spații industriale se vor dubla în 2026

Romania's industrial and logistics space deliveries are projected to reach 653,000 square meters by 2026, nearly double from last year, driven by infrastructure development. The office market is also recovering with new project deliveries resuming after a two-year pause. In the first half of the year, 333,000 square meters were delivered, with another 321,000 expected. Bucharest remains the focal point for demand, while rental rates for industrial spaces remain stable. The office sector saw 106,200 square meters leased, indicating a diverse tenant base. Despite a 35% drop in investment volume, investor interest remains high, particularly in retail.
