After paying 162 million lei for unfulfilled apartment promises, 439 creditors will vote on the project’s future. The proposal includes signing a general contractor agreement and securing interim financing from buyers. DIICOT has approved the resumption of construction, which is seen as a recovery strategy for the insolvent company. Creditors have outlined conditions for the contract, including prioritizing repayments for those who have made payments. The case involves a criminal organization accused of defrauding clients out of over 957 million lei.
