Caz inedit la Guvern: Bolojan, obligat să demită un prefect PNL pentru lipsa pregătirii sale profesionale

The prefect of Constanța County, Adrian-Teodor Picoiu, will be dismissed on October 2, 2026, due to not completing a mandatory training course. Appointed by the PNL party during Marcel Ciolacu's government, Picoiu was required to finish a specialized training program within two years of taking office. The Ministry of Internal Affairs requested proof of course completion but received no documentation. The training consists of 150 hours covering various administrative topics, including leadership and crisis communication, and costs 5,500 lei per participant.
