Câți români sunt dispuși să lucreze după vârsta de pensionare. Studiu
A study by SD Worx reveals that 42% of Romanian employees aged 55 and older are willing to work past retirement age, surpassing the European average of 32%. Younger employees under 35 show a 34% willingness, with 40% of older respondents preferring early retirement for family and health reasons. The study highlights higher job satisfaction among older workers, with 86% feeling energetic and 84% finding meaning in their work. However, only 9% of those over 55 actively seek new jobs, compared to 32% of younger workers. Despite lower mobility, 63% of older employees wish to develop their skills. Confidence in job security amid automation is higher among older workers, while 49% of HR leaders report a staffing shortage.
