Despite previous claims of uncertainty regarding the exact figures, Adrian Nica confirmed the industry's significant financial contributions during a podcast. He noted that tax evasion schemes are no longer effective, as the agency can track earnings based on platform rates. ANAF had previously stated it could not provide specific data on workers or revenue due to classification issues in the economic system.
