This weekend, 310 individuals participated in a memory test organized by the Socola Psychiatric Institute, revealing that 42.6% showed mild cognitive impairments. The percentage of participants with normal mental status was 42.25%, indicating a decline from last year's 92.66%. Additionally, 15.15% were identified with moderate memory disorders, a significant increase from 7.32% in 2025, prompting recommendations for specialist consultations. Dr. Elena Ungureanu noted a growing interest among those under 50, who made up 40.6% of this year's participants, compared to 37.93% in 2025.
