Owners can have their dogs sterilized, microchipped, and registered at no cost, receiving a health booklet as well. Upcoming sterilization events are scheduled for October 13 in Voluntari, October 20 in Ștefănești, and October 27 in Pantelimon. Additionally, the last outdoor adoption fair of the year will take place on October 17 at HORNBACH Balotești, where potential adopters can meet dogs from ASPA shelters. The event aims to encourage responsible pet adoption and provide information about the dogs available.
