Two Turkish commercial vessels collided in the Sea of Marmara near Istanbul, prompting a search and rescue operation. One ship, the oil tanker Alsu, showed no visible damage, while contact with the other vessel, Tugberk Imamoglu, and its ten crew members has been lost. Authorities are investigating the situation and have not disclosed the cargo of the Tugberk Imamoglu.
