One United Properties has appointed Cătălin Jalobă as the new CFO, effective December 17, 2026, succeeding Cosmin Samoilă. Jalobă brings over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, investments, and development. He has been the Head of Real Estate Finance at BCR since 2017, managing significant financing transactions. Previously, he led valuation and business development at JLL and served as general manager at Price Invest.
