Câtă apă beau românii: semnalul de alarmă tras de INSP

Studies in Romania indicate that the population reports a lower water intake than optimal. Many Romanians do not even reach the minimum recommended level of three glasses per day. Dr. Eugenia Bratu from the National Institute of Public Health explains that people often forget to drink water and sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. The required water intake varies based on factors like body weight, metabolism, age, and activity level. Despite these variations, all age groups report consuming less than the minimum recommended amount, with few adhering to the guideline of three glasses daily.
