Cât vor plăti românii pentru încălzire în iarna 2026-2027, în condițiile în care gazele europene s-au scumpit puternic
As gas prices in Europe rise significantly, Romanian households may see a slight increase in heating costs for winter 2026-2027. Expert Dumitru Chisăliță suggests that the regulated price for consumers will likely remain at 0.31 lei/kWh, with a potential 4% increase due to storage costs. This could raise the cost for 1,000 kWh from 310 lei to approximately 322.40 lei. The European market shows much higher prices, with gas trading around 384 lei/MWh, but Romanian consumers benefit from a regulated price mechanism. Increased demand for gas is expected this winter, influenced by colder weather and new consumption capacities. The Neptun Deep project will also contribute additional gas supplies starting in 2027, potentially easing future demand pressures.
