The data comes from HomeRun's first "Renovation Observatory," which highlights trends in renovation requests. The demand for facade renovations surged by nearly 40%, indicating a shift in focus. Most renovation requests originated from Bucharest and Ilfov, which together accounted for over half of the total. HomeRun plans to update this observatory regularly based on ongoing requests.
