The initial quality threshold of 80 points was difficult to meet, leading to few applications. Although the threshold has been lowered to 40 points, the response remains tepid, except for equipment purchases, which saw quick funding depletion. Farmers face challenges in accessing necessary co-financing and navigating bureaucratic requirements, which may hinder their ability to adapt to future regulations. Despite these obstacles, the funding opportunity is seen as crucial for the survival of small farms.
