Users can submit necessary documents and consent through the Ministry of Internal Affairs' platform. This service applies to both electronic and non-electronic identity cards. Once the property owner's consent is registered, the applicant can visit the counter for verification. Authorities are also working to make the temporary residence permit process more accessible online.
