Cât a plătit Agenția de Cadastru pentru mentenanța aplicațiilor care nu au rezistat hackerilor
The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) is still recovering from a severe cyberattack that occurred on July 14. Over the past eight years, ANCPI has spent 68 million lei on IT system maintenance, including contracts for the e-Terra application. The agency's systems were compromised by a ransomware attack, affecting real estate transactions. Current maintenance contracts include one for e-Terra, awarded to Wing Leading Edge SRL for over 11.6 million lei, which involves continuous monitoring and security updates. Other applications, GIS and RENNS, also received maintenance contracts totaling over 20 million lei in 2023. Additionally, ANCPI has spent another 35 million lei on maintenance in the past.
