Former Energy Minister Bogdan Ivan announced significant progress on the Neptun Deep project, with the installation of the Neptun Alpha production platform and completion of a 160-kilometer pipeline. He emphasized the importance of utilizing gas extracted from the Black Sea to benefit Romania's economy. Ivan highlighted the need for local consumers and industries to prioritize this resource for revitalizing key sectors, rather than exporting it as raw material. He also noted that Romgaz secured additional funding to support strategic investments, including Neptun Deep.
