The Cantacuzino-Ghica Castle in Deleni, Iași, is for sale at €750,000 after a €50,000 price reduction. This historic monument, spanning over four hectares, has a rich history dating back to 1730. Originally owned by the Cantacuzino-Deleanu family, it later became part of the Ghica family heritage. The castle underwent renovations in the early 20th century by architect Nicolae Ghika-Budești. It suffered significant damage during World War II and was used for various purposes post-nationalization, including a cultural center and a TBC sanatorium for children. The property features 36 rooms, 12 bathrooms, and a park, and has been on the market for several years.
