Casa Verde Fotovoltaice 2026: cine poate primi finanțare pentru baterii și ce condiții trebuie îndeplinite

The Romanian Ministry of Environment has proposed a funding guide for energy storage systems for prosumers with photovoltaic panels. The program, with a budget of 400 million lei, allows individuals to receive financial support for battery installation. Eligible applicants must be prosumers with renewable energy systems connected to the grid, and their existing photovoltaic systems should not have been funded by previous AFM programs. The minimum storage capacity for eligible systems is set at 12 kWh, and funding can reach up to 15,000 lei. Installers must meet specific requirements, including holding an ANRE certification. The guide is currently in public consultation, and feedback will be considered before final approval.
