Casa Verde 2026 vine cu reguli noi. Banii statului se mută de la panouri la bateriile de stocare

In 2026, Romania's Casa Verde program will shift focus from photovoltaic panels to energy storage batteries, with a budget of 400 million lei. Prosumers may be required to install storage batteries to participate in the program, allowing them to store excess energy produced during the day for evening use. This change aims to address the country's high energy imports at night, especially after the shutdown of Cernavodă's Unit 2. Currently, around 360,000 prosumers exist in Romania, with one-third already utilizing storage batteries.
