Users can submit requests and access documents online without visiting the institution physically. This platform is part of a digitalization project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Existing accounts from the old site have been transferred, allowing users to log in with the same credentials. The new portal simplifies navigation and provides access to various pension-related services, including online applications and pension simulations. It is optimized for use on computers, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring accessibility for all citizens.
