This initiative is part of a digitalization project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The platform features a user-friendly interface, a private virtual space for managing requests, and a pension simulation tool. Existing accounts have been migrated, and registration has been streamlined, allowing for digital authentication. The portal aims to enhance the efficiency of public pension services and improve citizen engagement.
