Cartonașul „negru” își face apariția în fotbalul românesc

The Romanian Football Federation has introduced a new disciplinary measure called the "black card" to combat bullying and inappropriate behavior from parents and spectators during youth matches. This initiative, effective from this weekend, aims to protect young players from the pressures and frustrations of adults in the stands. The black card allows referees to stop matches definitively if spectator misconduct continues after warnings and temporary suspensions. This makes FRF the first football federation globally to implement such a measure, emphasizing that children should not be victims of adult ambitions. The procedure includes a three-step approach to address inappropriate behavior, ensuring a safer environment for young athletes.
