Carrefour România will host 20 local artisans at its ParkLake store from September 25-27, showcasing their products as part of a year-old initiative. This program, which began with nine artisans, focuses on local sourcing and has expanded to include over 530 small businesses across Romania. The artisans will present a variety of goods, including traditional foods and beverages, highlighting the importance of community engagement. In its first year, the initiative has seen significant sales, with over 1.78 million units sold and a diverse product range available in stores. Carrefour aims to support local producers and enhance accessibility for small family businesses.
