Carnea ajunge tot mai rar în farfuriile românilor: 2 din 10 nu-și permit o masă consistentă la două zile, arată datele Eurostat

Recent Eurostat data reveals that many Romanians struggle to afford meat, with 20% unable to have a substantial meal every two days. Over 18% of the population cannot financially manage a meal with meat or vegetables at this frequency, the highest rate in the EU. This situation leads to nutritional deficiencies, impacting health. Additionally, 6% of Romanians lack internet access at home, compared to the EU average of 2%. Many also cut back on leisure activities due to rising costs. Recent statistics indicate that household expenses have increased significantly, forcing families to reduce their supermarket purchases.
