Carmen Polcovnicu este noul CEO al City Grill Group

City Grill Group has restructured its leadership, appointing Carmen Polcovnicu as CEO and Daniel Mischie as executive chairman. Ionuț Ceban will serve as operations director. This change, effective August 2026, coincides with the group's expansion in both restaurant operations and food production for retail. Polcovnicu has been with the company since 2005, while Ceban joined in 2007. Mischie, who became CEO in 2017, will now focus on strategic development. The group plans to invest €7 million in a new production unit and €6.5 million in restaurant modernization in 2026, aiming for a revenue of €100 million.
