Care este schimbarea cea mai des observată la menopauză. Peste jumătate dintre femeile din România se simt nepregătite înainte de apariția primelor schimbări

A recent survey reveals that nearly half of Romanian women experiencing perimenopause or menopause blame themselves for the changes they face. While 72% feel informed about menopause, over half felt unprepared for the initial changes. Weight gain and body shape changes are the most common concerns, with 51% not recognizing their bodies. Many women attribute these changes to a lack of willpower. Dieting is the primary method for managing weight, with a significant number seeking information online rather than consulting doctors. The need for clearer medical guidance is evident, as 63% believe discussions about menopause are less open than those about adolescence. This highlights a broader health conversation regarding weight issues during this life stage.
