The British intelligence service MI6 has been ranked as the strongest secret service in Europe, according to an analysis by L'Express. The evaluation, involving 60 experts from 25 countries, awarded MI6 251 points, highlighting its ability to infiltrate power circles in Russia, China, Iran, and Turkey. France's DGSE ranked second with 169 points, praised for its operational capacity and global presence. The assessment also noted MI6's significant role in the Ukraine war, being one of the first to warn about the Russian invasion. Blaise Metreweli became the first woman to lead MI6 last year, reflecting the agency's longstanding reputation in the intelligence community.
