The lowest diesel price today is 10.42 lei, while premium diesel has increased to 11.48 lei. Gasoline prices are also rising, nearing 9.50 lei per liter. The ongoing energy crisis and rising import costs are contributing to these increases, affecting consumer goods prices as well. Half of the fuel price goes to taxes, and a new law aimed at curbing price hikes will take effect in two weeks. Discussions with fuel suppliers are ongoing amid the crisis.
