A time capsule was placed in the foundation of the new "Nicolae Dobrin" stadium in Pitești, containing messages for future generations. The project, supported by the government, aims to enhance local sports infrastructure and host international competitions. The stadium will have a capacity of 15,200 and meet UEFA category 4 standards. It is expected to be completed by 2028, allowing FC Argeș to return to Pitești. The total investment exceeds 374 million lei, with significant funding from the Ministry of Development.
