According to Cushman & Wakefield's report, prime office rents increased by 4.5% in Q2 2026, while retail rents rose by 3%. The city offers attractive occupancy costs and investment returns significantly above Western Europe. Prime office rents reached €22/sqm/month, a 4.8% increase, while prime retail rents on Calea Victoriei surged by 28.6% to €90/sqm/month. The industrial sector also saw positive growth, with prime rents up 2.1%. Bucharest remains a key destination for international investors seeking growth opportunities in the region.
