Romania secured three gold medals and one silver at the Under 23 European Rowing Championships in Kruszwica, Poland. The golds were won in women's double sculls, men's four sculls, and women's four sculls, while the men's double sculls team finished second. The first gold was achieved by Iulica-Maria Ursu and Andreea Petras in women's double sculls, followed by the men's four sculls team of Cosmin Iulian Pleșescu and others. The women's four sculls team also claimed gold, and the men's double sculls team earned silver, finishing behind Greece.
