The plant will undergo testing this winter and is projected to start generating electricity in the first quarter of next year. Bolojan visited the site and emphasized the project's strategic importance for Romania's energy system. Following the abandonment of the project by the initial contractor, Romgaz took over to finalize the investment. The completion of the plant is crucial for balancing energy production in the country.
