Când preia Raiffeisen Garanti Bank: Calendarul fuziunii

Raiffeisen is set to complete the acquisition of Garanti Bank Romania by October 2026, with operational integration expected in mid-2027. The €590 million transaction is currently under review by the Competition Council and awaits approval from the National Bank of Romania. Initial financial consolidation and rebranding will begin in November, with a gradual migration of clients and data. PwC will assist in data migration starting in Q3 2026, and testing will occur shortly after. Garanti Bank's sales will be suspended post-migration, redirecting clients to Raiffeisen. The acquisition includes Garanti BBVA and related services, with both banks operating separately until the deal is finalized.
