The National Investment Company and the Ministry of Development are finalizing technical adaptations for the multi-functional arena. The project will include the demolition of old structures, deep excavations, and a mixed foundation solution. The new arena will accommodate 26,217 spectators and feature various sports facilities, including training rooms and administrative areas.
