Când firma ta te pârăște: ANAF caută luxul trecut pe cheltuiala societății, folosind datele pe care firmele le trimit singure
The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) will conduct checks on companies that purchased luxury goods or made leisure arrangements, focusing on those without a justified link to their economic activities. These checks will utilize data from tax declarations and invoices submitted by the companies themselves. Inspectors will assess whether luxury items generate taxable income or serve personal purposes for associates and administrators. The audits will also scrutinize the legitimacy of VAT deductions and the treatment of benefits received by company officials. Companies engaged in relevant activities can still deduct expenses legally. Taxpayers can voluntarily correct any unjustified deductions before inspections begin.
