Average monthly expenses dropped from over 780,000 lei in 2024 to about 83,000 lei from October to December 2025, with projections of around 51,000 lei monthly by September 2026. The framework agreement includes Dacia Duster vehicles for staff use and was established after a public tender, with only one bid received. The evaluation criteria focused on price, fuel consumption, ground clearance, and delivery time, all under the oversight of the National Agency for Public Procurement.
