Canadian international Jonathan David has left Juventus to join Atletico Madrid on loan for the season, as announced by the La Liga club. Atletico has an option to buy him for 25 million euros. At 26, David aims to strengthen Atletico's attack alongside key players Julian Alvarez and Alexander Sorloth. He joined Juventus a year ago after a successful stint at Lille OSC, where he scored 109 goals in 232 matches, but struggled to replicate that form in Italy, netting only eight goals last season.
