Campanie inedită. 120 de bucătari celebri vor să scoată somonul din meniul restaurantelor

A campaign led by 120 chefs worldwide aims to remove farmed Atlantic salmon from restaurant menus. They highlight that 99% of this salmon comes from marine cage farms, which threaten wild populations. Issues like disease and genetic alteration from escaped fish are major concerns, as wild salmon populations have declined by about 80% in recent decades. The chefs have signed a letter committing to not serve farmed salmon in their establishments as part of the "Off the Table" initiative.
