Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged that Ukrainian attacks have caused damages equivalent to about 1% of Russia's GDP during a 40-day campaign. He stated that while the damages are significant, they are not critical for Russia. Ukraine has reportedly damaged around 100 Russian ships and affected major ports, which handle a large portion of Russia's grain exports. Putin noted that only about 10% of Russian refineries remain to be repaired after drone attacks. He did not comment on recent attacks on major Russian e-commerce companies. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Zelensky warned about the ongoing threat of drone attacks in Russian airspace, to which Putin responded that Russia would find a way to retaliate.
