In Iași, a 38-ton truck lost its brakes, leading the driver and passenger to jump out for safety. The truck traveled uncontrollably for about two kilometers before crashing. Witnesses reported panic as the vehicle swerved dangerously close to homes. The passenger jumped out first, followed by the driver, just before the truck overturned after destroying a concrete fence. Both men were hospitalized in serious condition, and a mechanical failure is suspected as the cause of the incident.
