Călin Georgescu contests the seizure of his villa in Mogoșoaia, imposed by DIICOT, while he is in preventive detention. The case originated from a businessman’s complaint regarding a failed investment involving precious metals and a credit line. Georgescu is also involved in another case related to an alleged coup attempt, with a hearing scheduled for October 12.
