Georgescu anticipates that the official communication may occur on Monday, coinciding with the potential submission of the case to the Bucharest Court of Appeal regarding the prosecutors' appeal. Previously, he indicated that a judge had approved the request to replace preventive arrest with house arrest, but this decision is not final and can be contested within 48 hours.
