His wife, Cristela Georgescu, arrived early for questioning, greeting supporters outside. The investigation focuses on devices seized from their villa in Mogoșoaia. Additionally, DIICOT has frozen over 100,000 euros in Georgescu's bank accounts and placed a protective seizure on their villa to recover potential damages. The case involves allegations of fraud, with a businessman reportedly defrauded of 1.1 million euros.
